Industrial Millwright Mechanic/Millwright apprentice

Responsibilities
Analyze and diagnose mechanical issues in industrial equipment
Perform repairs and maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
Weld, Fabricate and install new parts as needed
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of machinery
Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical problems
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on machinery
Requirements
Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic or similar role
Proficiency in analyzing and troubleshooting mechanical issues
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
Welding and Fabrication experience is an asset
Familiarity with field service work and the ability to work independently
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
